Noah’s Ark Group- a New Start in My Life

Growth ring of each person, like a spinning disc, plays the beautiful song in one’s deep heart. Time is easy to pass away but we can not wait for it. How much time do we have? We should not spend much time on recalling the pass, but on grasping the present and looking into the future.

Three years of university life have passed away silently, and what is waiting for me in the future? Graduation from the university is an end of the pass, also a start of the future. In order to survive, to improve ourselves, and to make our lives more meaningful, we will take a job, which is an inevitable way for a person to be successful.

Wonderful life is due to the start. There are numbers of opportunities and challenges in life. When facing a challenge, we will make a new start. And my start point is based and footed on Noah’s Ark Group.

For destiny or coincidence, I came to know Kunming CIBA Mining Machinery Co. Ltd. It was my honor to become one member of the company after some assessments. A new job meant new colleagues in unfamiliar environment. I still remember the first day at work; everything was strange to me and I was at a loss. When stepping into Tech Center, I became at ease gradually for smile from the colleagues and care from the leader. Since I was a new comer here, I was unfamiliar with some professional official business and there were much for me to learn. No matter when I met with difficulties and turned to other colleagues for help, they would give me a hand. When I made some mistakes, the leader did not criticize me, but pointed out the mistakes and taught me how to revise it with great patience.

As a clerk, I stick with my job seriously, and constantly learning the product knowledge and official operations. I felt it deep that only through ceaseless study, can I meet needs of the work, promote my operational capacity, and then improve myself. In working course, I became silent to listen and accept good advice from others; but in spare time, I was still cheerful.

Bathed in the harmonious working atmosphere, I was in good mood and worked with great emotions. In order to have a definite direction of development, I set up some basic objectives for myself. I tried hard to work every day and I am convinced that Noah’s Ark Group was a favorable start for me.

Good begun, half done, as the old saying goes. At the new start, I, along with other colleagues, gathered the full bravery, held the ore of life firm, and started the voyage. No matter how many difficulties in the course of work, I would still adhere to my belief.

At the starting point of life, every one has the same chance, so it is the course of struggle that decides one’s success or failure. No pain, no gain. Every Ark Person fights for the development of Noah’s Ark Group, to create a bright future for it.
